Have you come to a place in your life that if you died tonight, you’re certain you’d spend eternity in heaven?
Most would say, “Well I am a good person” or I try to do good things, and I treat other people well.” Those are good answers, however, there is only one answer that God wants to hear us say and that is, “Because I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior.”
Steps to Salvation:
We’re all sinners and have weaknesses, thank GOD we have Jesus who understands all that we go through.
For we do not have a High Priest Who is unable to understand and sympathize and have a shared feeling with our weaknesses and infirmities and liability to the assaults of temptation, but One Who has been tempted in every respects as we are, yet without sinning – Hebrews 4:15 (Amplified Bible)
So, step one is to acknowledge that you are a sinner and have weaknesses as we all do Christians and Non-Christians alike. Jesus is the one and only perfect example to follow and his door is always open to you, no matter what you have done.
Repent then, and turn to God that your sins may be wiped away – Acts 3:19
Jesus said, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” Matthew 9:11-13 (NIV Bible)
Salvation is not just for Christian, but also for all who believe and call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, He also wants to be the Lord of your life, just as He is the Lord of all Christian lives.
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God – Romans 3:23
To accept Jesus as Lord of your life, with a a sincere heart, repeat the following prayer:
Prayer of Salvation:
Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank you for dying for me
and offering me eternal life.
Im sorry for the wrong things
Ive done and I turn from my
sin. I give you my life and
accept you as my Lord and
Savior. Thank you for saving
me.
